How does maintenance tracking work?

When anyone flags an issue during an inspection, you review it and decide if it becomes a maintenance task. Tasks go on a kanban board where you assign them to your team or vendors, track costs, and close them when done.

Can my cleaning team use this?

Yes. You invite them and assign them to specific properties. They see a simple view with just a Start Inspection button. When they finish a room turn, you get a Room Ready notification or a report with flags to review.

Does it work without wifi?
